Free store pickup
Collect your order at 1029 Millbury Street, Worcester, MA 01607. Shop hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:30 AM–7 PM. Call before coming so we can confirm stock and prepare your order.
Local delivery
We arrange local delivery in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. The checkout delivery charge is $47.95 per order, plus applicable tax. Contact us to confirm service at your exact address and scheduling before ordering. Delivery does not automatically include installation; installation charges are quoted separately.
Outside our delivery area
Request a shipping quote before ordering. Email support@assuredonenergyco.com with the battery model, quantity, delivery ZIP code and whether the destination is residential or commercial. Shipping is available only when we confirm the product, carrier, cost and delivery arrangements in a written quote.
Battery transport
Shipping options depend on battery chemistry, packaging, carrier acceptance and destination. Freight may be required. We confirm the appropriate transport method with your quote; the presence of a product in our catalog does not guarantee parcel or international shipping.
Core charges and recycling
Our local retail battery prices do not require a core exchange or core deposit. You may ask us about recycling your old battery. Any different terms for a separately quoted wholesale or freight order will be disclosed in the written quote before you agree to the order.
Scheduling and order changes
Same-day service depends on stock, location and scheduling. We confirm the timing of delivery or pickup with you. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order or if you receive a damaged or incorrect battery.
